WHAT IS A PRODUCT KEY?

The product key is the serial number or product code which is a combination of letters and numbers that activates a product, normally found on a sticker inside the product's case or printed on the product's quick reference card. The purchased product key is used to register and activate the relevant game or software. Depending on the product, we provide this in the form of a scan of the code or the actual code in text format.

WHAT IF MY KEY DOES NOT WORK?

  • Make sure that you’re redeeming the key on a correct platform - checking the name of the product you’ve purchased will help to determine which one is it. Make sure that no product restrictions affect the activation - regional restrictions. If the key’s still not working, please contact our support mail 
  • You can return unused keys, please checkout our refund policy.
  • If your key has been revoked by the developer of the game, please contact our support mail.
  • If your key has already been used, log out of your account and log back in, then check your library again. If you tried to enter your key multiple times, you might have activated it already but didn’t see the game in your library yet.
  • If your account has been banned at the place platform, where you are trying to activate the game, please contact our support mail.

How fast will I receive the product key?

Our unique and self-developed product key delivery system, allows for instant and automatic allocation of product keys. Once the customer makes payment and passes the fraud checks the product key will be made available on their email account, this enables our customers to experience fast and efficient self-service - whenever they want.

Key Activation for Steam products.

In order to receive and activate the game:

  1. You will receive a gift link to a website. Open that link in your web browser.
  2. Depending on the prompt please provide your Steam profile link or login via Steam 
  3. If needed choose the same country as your store country found in Steam account details. You can check this setting here.
  4. Automated bot system will add your Steam account to friendlist.
  5. After you accept the friend request from bot, it will send you your purchased game as a gift

Key Activation for Origin products.

  1. Go to: http://www.origin.com/us/about. 
  2. Click "Download Origin" (from the upper left corner)
  3. Install and start application, login with your Account name and Password (create one here: http://store.origin.com/ if you don't have it).
  4. From the "Origin" drop-down menu (upper left corner) choose "Redeem Product Code...", enter your code and click "Next".
  5. After successful code verification go to the "MY GAMES" tab and start downloading.

Key Activation for Uplay products.

  1. Go to: https://ubisoftconnect.com/ and download Ubisoft Connect client.
  2. Install Ubisoft Connect client on your PC. 
  3. Start the application, login with your Account name and Password (create one if you don't have).
  4. Please follow these instructions to activate a new retail purchase on Ubisoft Connect:
    • Click the Settings
    • Choose Activate Product
    • Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

Key Activation for Battle.net products.

  1. Visit www.battle.net
  2. At the top of the page, click "Create Account".
  3. Go to account page. After logging in to your account, click the "Add Game" button.
  4. Enter your game key in a free field and click "Activate Game".
  5. Run the Blizzard Downloader to download the game.
